What is NotifyBubble?
NotifyBubble is a notification widget platform that lets you create beautiful, customizable notifications for your website. Whether you want to share announcements, promote offers, or guide your visitors, NotifyBubble makes it simple.
It works in three easy steps:
- Create a notification in your dashboard
- Customize the look, feel, and content to match your brand
- Install a small piece of code on your website
That's it! Your notification will appear on your website and you can track how visitors interact with it.
Creating Your Account
Getting started is quick and easy. NotifyBubble uses a passwordless login system, so all you need is your email address.
- Visit the NotifyBubble app
- Enter your email address
- Check your inbox for a login code
- Enter the 6 digit code to access your dashboard
No passwords to remember. When you log back in, just enter your email and use the code or secure login link sent to your inbox.
When your account is created, you'll receive a unique Site ID that connects your website to your notifications. You can find it on the Settings page.
Your First Notification
From your dashboard, click the Create Notification button. You'll choose between two types:
Bubble Notifications
A floating icon that expands into a notification panel when clicked. You can choose from three styles:

Pick from dozens of icons (Bell, Star, Heart, Rocket, Shopping Cart, and more). Enable Default Open to have the panel expanded automatically on page load. Views are tracked when visitors open the panel.
Textbox Notifications
A notification box that appears directly on the page without any click. Great for important announcements. You can:
- Enable an overlay to darken the page and draw attention
- Set a display duration (0 for indefinite, or a set number of seconds)
- Visitors can close it and it stays hidden for the rest of their session
Customizing Your Notifications
Colors and Dimensions

| Bubble Icon Color | The icon color inside the bubble |
| Width and Height | The size of the notification panel (in pixels) |
Positioning
Choose where the notification appears: Bottom Left, Bottom Right, Top Left, Top Right, or Center. Fine tune with X and Y margin sliders.
All notifications are automatically responsive and adapt to mobile screens. They never extend beyond the edges of the screen on any device.
Rich Text Editor
Format your content with the built in editor:
- Bold, italic, and bullet point formatting
- Font selection (Arial, Georgia, Helvetica, Verdana, and more)
- Font sizes from 12px to 36px
- Clickable links that open in new tabs
Call to Action Buttons
Add a button to drive engagement:
- Enter Button Text (e.g., "Learn More", "Shop Now")
- Set the Button URL
- Choose Button Color and Button Text Color
Every button click is automatically tracked in your analytics.
Branding
By default, notifications show a small "Powered by NotifyBubble.com" link at the bottom. You can toggle this on or off for each notification individually in the Settings section of the creation form.
