Using the Rich Text Editor
NotifyBubble includes a powerful rich text editor that lets you format your notification content just like a word processor. Everything you see in the editor is exactly what your visitors will see.
Available Formatting
The editor toolbar gives you access to:
- Bold text for emphasis
- Italic text for subtle highlights
- Bullet point lists for organized information
- Clickable links that open in new tabs
Font Options
Choose from popular web fonts to match your brand:
- Arial (clean, modern)
- Georgia (elegant, traditional)
- Times New Roman (classic, formal)
- Helvetica (professional, neutral)
- Verdana (friendly, readable)
- Courier New (technical, monospaced)
- Impact (bold, attention grabbing)
Font Sizes
Available sizes range from 12px to 36px, giving you flexibility for:
- Headlines and titles (24px to 36px)
- Body text (14px to 18px)
- Fine print and footnotes (12px to 13px)
Adding Links
To add a link:
- Select the text you want to make clickable
- Click the link button in the toolbar
- Enter the URL
- The link will open in a new tab when visitors click it
Links are a great way to direct visitors to specific pages, products, or sign up forms.
Bullet Points
Create organized lists with bullet points for things like:
- Feature highlights
- Step by step instructions
- Lists of benefits or offers
The bullet point colors automatically match your text color setting, so everything stays visually consistent.
