Charts and Visualizations

Engagement Over Time

An area chart showing your views and clicks plotted over time. This helps you:

  • Spot trends in visitor engagement
  • See the impact of new notifications you've launched
  • Identify your busiest days or periods

Top Performers

A bar chart comparing your notifications by total engagement. Quickly identify which notifications are getting the most attention so you can learn from what works.

Click Through Rate Comparison

See which notifications have the highest click through rates. A notification with fewer views but a high CTR might be more effective than one with lots of views but a low CTR.

Distribution Charts

Pie charts showing two useful breakdowns:

  • Active vs Inactive: How many of your notifications are currently live versus paused
  • Type Distribution: The split between bubble and textbox notifications in your collection

Performance by Type

A side by side comparison of how bubble notifications perform versus textbox notifications. This is especially useful for deciding which type to use for your next notification.

Using Analytics to Improve

Here are some practical ways to use your analytics data:

  1. Weekly check ins: Review your dashboard once a week to spot trends and opportunities
  2. Compare notification types: If bubbles consistently outperform textboxes (or vice versa), lean into what works
  3. Optimize underperformers: Notifications with low CTR might need better messaging, a stronger CTA, or a more visible position
  4. Learn from top performers: Look at what your best performing notifications have in common and apply those patterns to new ones
  5. Test and iterate: Create variations of successful notifications and compare their performance

Analytics data updates in real time. As soon as a visitor views or clicks your notification, it appears in your dashboard. There's no delay or processing time.
